Brief Profile:
Dr. Prashant Kumar is working as a Scientist in Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh, which is a national laboratory under Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, since Nov 2012. He is also an Honorary Assistant Professor in Academy of Scientific & Innovative Research (AcSIR) - an institute of national importance and a meta university under CSIR. His research areas are Image Processing, Soft Computing Techniques, Remote Sensing and Geospatial Mapping, Agri-instrumentation, Water Resource Management.
